clothing artists,designers,graffiti artists, required!?
i would like to bring out my own freestyle street wear,bmx,skaters that sort of market. i already run my own business with my business partner so im able to put the time and effort into new projects.see my questions are1. how do i patent my label,class the label as mine 2. where can i find a artist to work with me? iv got some great idea’s and designs in my head but putting them down on paper makes me look like a two year old…i would love to get this up and running as soon as possible.im not bothered if you’r in another country ‘the web’ takes care of that and besides if i have to jump on a plane to meet them i will, thats how strong i feel about my label and product. i’v tried emailing companys for advice etc.. but don’t get any replies…so any advice would be good thanks…

What is Joomla and how do you use it to allow a client to update their page?
I have installed Joomla and had a quick ook around, is it just a blog creator creating sites like blogger.com??
I thought it would somehow help you update a wep page you have made.
For example say i create some business a website "kklproperty.com" for ex. and this company get a new house on the market and they have to add the details and picture of that house onto say the front page of their site or whatever page they add it too, now being non-tech people they can’t be expected to work with html/css/js etc….out of the question.
So i was thinking what is the best way for them to update the site without contacting me, i could write a front end editor in php which woulnd’t be to hard to do which would allow them to add input some text and a picture say and the editor would add the needed html/css to the page, essentially i would be writing a CMS in php.
But i keep hearing about Joomla CMS etc….so i assumed it would be a front end editor that would allow me to edit my site i have created, but it doesn’t seem like that, it seems a stand-alone blog creator, is this right, i can hardly create a blog like site for a professional business to use….
??
Am i going to have to write a seperate php CMS for every web page i design, i though joomla was like a general CMS that could examine your pages struture and allow you to edit the code etc……. I must have the wrong idea of what Joomla is…………….???
property wesite – now what!?
I have purchased a cheap website off a friend for £30 a year, and the reason I done this was simply to try to get familiar with MYSQL and PHP, as I am going to be learing this in univesity in september.
I bought this website simply as a mess around to see how it works etc, but now Im really liking the idea of having this website and taking it more seriously.
I am 20 year old business and IT student, and therefore trying to make this work ould help me with my studies.
Im not really bothered if this doesnt take off, as it wasnt what i planned to do..

As you can see I have no listings for houses or apartments etc up just yet, as i literally just got this up on the web about an hour ago! Im a little confused, as i thought it would have had a tool for passers by to add their property..
I have no idea where to get the housing listings from?
Would you say my nxt step is to contact agents, asking to promote their properties? x

Some good and knowlegeable answers, but may I add that the website would be offering a service (similar to what can be found in yellow pages) and, ideally, this site would show after a search using specific details.

friends wedding in 3 weeks and still cant find anything to wear please help?
hi i have a wedding to go to in 3 weeks time and i have no idea what to wear the problem id i have just had a baby he is 7 weeks old and my poor body is no were near back to how is was pre baby i have gone from a toned size 14 to a size 18 to 20 i also had a c/section so my tummy still isn’t back to normal yet and i still have a noticeable baby bump lol so i have no idea what to wear the wedding is fairly formal but obviously i will have my baby boy with me so i cant really be to restricted as i will still have to look after him i just have no idea what to wear all the dresses and suites iv looked at are either way to clingy and short or the suites are very Business like please help with any suggestions or web sites i can look at thanks xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Termination of lease? we have a tenant that wants to leave early, please advise on wording of lease.?
We recently bought an industrial property with a tenant and lease in place; the tenant wants to leave but the wording of the lease is not in plain english. Are we due rental payment for the life of the lease?, can we come to some arraingment?; the paragraph on termination is as follows.
5.15.1 The tenant may determine this lease:-
5.15.1.1 at any time on not less than seven days notice in writing to the landlord
("notice") upon receipt of a notice by the tenent of determination of the franchise agreement 31st Jan 2005 dated between the tenent and *name of company* and/or
5.15.1.2 on the expiry of the second and fourth anniversary of this lease by giving to the landlord not less than three months notice in writing("notice")
provided that in the circumstances outlines in sub-paragraphs 5.15.1.1 and 5.15.1.2 above that the tenant shall up to the time of such determination pay the rents reserved by the lease
5.15.2 Upon the expiry of the notice referred to in sub-paragraphs 5.15.1.1
and 5.15.1.2 above this lease shall absolutly determine but without prejudice to the respective rights of either party in respect of any antecedent claim or breach of covenant
